Join our Lambert Plumbing and Heating team as a General Manager and earn between $75,000 to $125,000 a year, plus bonuses. Join our team at Lambert Plumbing and Heating as a General Manager and enjoy a great work-life balance with our 7 AM - 5 PM schedule and a 1-hour mid-day break to recharge.

You start your day by managing and supporting the field service technicians and CSRs, ensuring that their tasks are aligned with the company's goals. Throughout the day, you assist technicians with and provide larger project/task estimates, using your expertise to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Your role involves collaborating and coordinating with our ownership, contributing valuable insights to drive our business forward. You excel at working with customers on complex and challenging issues, utilizing your problem-solving skills and commitment to exceptional service. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit!

• 5+ years of trade experience
• Clean driver's license
• EPA 608 and OSHA 10 certified

Although not required, we highly value 10+ years of experience in the trade, customer service experience, and leadership experience!
